Resolved Question: Why is India such a dirty place?

I spent 6 weeks in India; Kolkata, Bodhgaya, Varrnasi, Agra, Delhi, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Udaipur, Varkala, Kanyakumari & Mumbai. I like India. There are many beautiful things in India like the people, the religions, the colors, the architecture, the food, and much, much more, but India is also a very, very dirty, place. I've been to many poor nations on earth; Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Mexico, etc. but none are as filthy as India. So, why is India such a dirty place?
